Shipping & Returns

At Cascade Spout Works, we’re committed to delivering your premium products with care, straight from the Pacific Northwest. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Here’s what you need to know:

• Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Rates typically range from $5-$15 for domestic orders.
• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or 3D-printed items may require an additional 2-5 business days for production.
• Delivery Time: Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing via USPS or UPS. International orders may take 10-20 business days, depending on customs clearance.
• Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@cascadespoutworks.com, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

We stand behind the quality of our. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return process:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
• Return Process: Email us at sales@cascadespoutworks.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label, but please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds for defective items include return shipping costs.
• Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for your desired product.
